RETURN & EXCHANGE
- You have 7 days from the shipping date of your order to return your purchase.
- Items must be in the same condition they were purchased in; labels are still attached and be in perfect condition (unworn, unaltered, and unwashed).
- Beauty products,intimates, accessories (including jewelry and bags), headscarves (including inners), are non-returnable.
- Sale items or discounted orders and products are not exchangeable/returnable.
- Video proof must be provided for complaints.
- All shipping fees will be borne by customers, including the shipping fee to send exchanged items back to customers.
- Valid tracking information and receipts must be provided for a return or exchange to be accepted.
- Returns and exchanges can only occur once.
- Cash refunds are available only for out-of-stock items. The refund will be transferred to your account within 10 business days. Please contact our admin to initiate the refund process.
