It's okay to change your mind if the products don't fit you well. Just let us know within 7 days after you received your product, and send it back to us for an exchange or a full refund. 

The products must be in its original conditions (unused, unworn and unwashed) with price tag intact. Exchange or refund must be accompanied by the original invoice.

Follow the following steps:

  1. Go to “My Account” > “My Orders”
  2. Click “Exchange & Refund” on the order you want to exchange or refund.
  3. Fill and submit the “Exchange & Refund “ form
  4. Kindly send the products with “Exchange & Refund” form to
